
The
Abode of Golgotha was begun in Feb '99
as a single player one level map set in
a mansion which would help me learn how
to do simple maps for a true 3d engine
based game. Soon I decided to turn it
into something a bit more special and
it grew in size, gained a story and scripted
sequences. It was finished in June '99
and released online to a warm reception.
In October 2000 prior to the release of
it's sequel, Abode of Golgotha was revised
to update it's appearance a bit. The story
tells of what happened to Kurien and his
friend Suraea when, during a long journey
home having obtained a magical tome they
come across an isolated mansion in the
forest of Sanchel.
