Watch for falling rock:

Go forward on the suspended walkway until part of it is smashed (Shot 1). Here, there is health below and cliffs to climb back up. Continue to a T where you can go left or right. Go right and watch the ceiling break, break the vases for goods, then turn around and go left of where you entered. Roll under the spikes (Shot 2), up the steps outside to the feeding frenzy. Jump down on the feeders and straight down the broken staircase, where the vase on the ledge contains mana. Jump in the water, swim past the underwater pillars (Shot 3) to an open area where you must climb to a ledge with a switch (Shot 4) to open the underwater door, and jump to the suspended area for the goods, then use the Lungs of Ssithra Shrine. Go through the door, swimming through the caves into an open cave area, dive into another pool and swim, surfacing into more caves. Find the offensive and defensive mana, climb the cliffs nearby (Shot 5) to the Spirit Shrine then exit right of the shrine across a natural stone bridge. Continue, rolling through one opening, then through another, until you exit and the caves collapse behind you, leaving you trapped in the next level, Katlit'k Canyon.
